Can you sell over the phone? And we mean ‘sell’. Not marketing. Not researching. Not order taking. But outbound sales calls to your own leads.

If you can do this you’ll earn a lot of money in direct proportion to your ability and motivation. In fact, you’ll earn a full-time income working part-time hours. Why spend time travelling around Perth in a car, when you can achieve just as much over the phone and keep the extra time for yourself?

If you’re still reading, you already suspect this could be the job you’ve always longed for. But let’s be specific … we only want to talk to highly self-motivated, organised, confident, disciplined, self-sufficient individuals.

You are outcomes focused, with a positive and responsible attitude in all situations.
You are persuasive, passionate, persistent, resilient, and able to think on your feet.

Your apparent impatience is merely a reflection of your ambition to achieve so much more.
You don’t get out of bed to earn a retainer ... you have your own targets! And you certainly don’t need someone else to pump you up every morning.
You enjoy autonomy, and want to join a company that encourages you to use your initiative and creativity, to build your own rewarding ‘business within a business’.

It’s likely you already have at least 2 years of selling experience (preferably B2B) that prove your ability to get results; so you understand that selling is never ‘easy’ … competition is to be expected and overcome, not feared or avoided.

Mediocre performers need not apply. The successful applicant will be very methodical, commercial, likeable and energetic … someone who succeeds by helping others to see and grasp a proposition that really does benefit them.

ACCESS 31 is WA’s only local community TV station (Channel 31). You will be offering small to medium sized businesses the opportunity to maximise their exposure to a large audience via TV ‘sponsorship’ (advertising) at very affordable rates.

Focusing initially on new business, you will also service your existing clients over time.

Understand that this is no ‘easy ride’. Those who are already successful in this role average 60 outbound phone calls per day. But then, they don’t have to sit in traffic!

You will be operating from modern and well equipped offices in Belmont, using MS Office applications, alongside friendly and positive colleagues who are building something of both commercial and community value.
