PROGRAMMINGProgramming on Perth community television station, ACCESS 31, represents a diversity of interests and content. Provision is made for local, city-wide, state, national and international programming with an emphasis on local and Australian content. In fact, we endeavour to schedule at least 70% local content each month. ACCESS 31 encourages and supports the active participation of people and community groups who would otherwise be denied access to television production broadcasting.* Through its Program Committee, ACCESS 31 ensures that scheduling on our community tv station acknowledges the needs of local and specific communities, as well as those of a general audience. *In accordance with the ACCESS 31 Program Policy. ACCESS 31's program guides and program descriptions are available via the links in the right-hand panel of this page. From time-to-time we also have programs for sale on DVD. Links to various downloadable documents relating to programming are listed in the menu in the right-hand panel of this page. These include our Program Proposal Pack for producers, Program Policy and Program Provider Third Party Policy. Program Provider definitions appear below. Program Provider rates for the cost of airtime on ACCESS 31 are available upon request. As an example only, airtime costs may range from around $300 to $1000, for 25 minutes to 50 minutes respectively.
